Our work model depends on your location and the needs of the role. If you are based in or near Pune, most positions are offered as work from office (WFO) from our Hinjewadi office, with flexibility where possible. If you live outside Pune or in another state/country, we usually offer a remote (WFH) arrangement, provided your time zone and connectivity support effective collaboration with the team.

Yes, we are open to hiring talent from anywhere in the world. Many of our roles can be done remotely, and we welcome applicants from different cities, states, and countries. Depending on the position, we may ask you to work within overlapping hours with the India time zone to ensure smooth communication with the team and clients.

Our hiring process typically includes four steps: (1) application review and shortlisting, (2) an initial HR or screening call to understand your background and expectations, (3) one or more technical/role-specific interviews or assignments, and (4) a final culture-fit or leadership discussion if required. We try to keep the process transparent and fast, and we’ll keep you informed about your status at each stage.

The exact skills depend on the role, but in general we look for strong fundamentals, hands-on project experience, and a willingness to learn. For technical roles, this means solid programming skills, understanding of relevant frameworks and tools, and experience building real-world applications or products. For non-technical roles, we value communication, problem-solving, ownership, and prior experience in similar responsibilities. A good portfolio, GitHub, or case studies are always a plus.
